June 2002 marked the release of Drew Estate's first "Spiced Cigar Blend" to their gourmet blending stylings. Taking experimental blending to new extremes, Ambrosia comes to life! Exotic native spices from South Asia and Europe are blended with two very distinct and different classes of tobacco-genuine vintage tobacco leaves from Honduras and Nicaraguan tobacco leaves grown on drew Estate's own farm in Esteli, Nicaragua. After 120 days of aging all of Ambrosia's tastes begin to develop. the final stage of curing takes place in cedar cabinets for an additional 45 days. This is where these cigars pick up an aromatic quality while enhancing the already unique "spiced" flavor.
