Gran Habano was founded in 1995 by Guillermo Rico, a third generation leaf grower, and the company is rapidly gaining recognition among smokers. To grow their tobacco they use Habano and Corojo seeds which are grown on the company?s farms in Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica. The Gran Habano Corojo #5 premium cigars are one of the most full-bodied cigars made in Honduras and the most powerful cigar of the Gran Habano series. Complex in flavor with a well balanced creamy smoke, these have a blend of Costa Rican tobacco and Nicaraguan longfillers, a dark, red, Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper and a Nicaraguan Habano binder. The blend has received a 4.5 out of 5 by SMOKE Magazine. This is a true aficionado's cigar that any veteran cigar smoker would enjoy as a great after dinner smoke.
