ADVentura Cigars is a premium boutique cigar brand born from a collaboration between Swiss tobacconist/marketer Marcel Knobel and Dominican master blender Henderson Ventura. The brand is themed around the fictional voyages of ADVentura and his companion McKay, two 15th-century explorers who set out to “discover the unknown pleasures of the world” — with tobacco being their greatest reward. Each cigar line carries that narrative forward, often with elaborate packaging like treasure chests or pirate-ship-inspired boxes that evoke the brand's adventurous ethos.
ADVentura cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic at Tabacalera William Ventura. They're typically medium to medium-full bodied with complex, layered flavor profiles and excellent construction. Most blends undergo extended fermentation and aging — sometimes five years for the tobacco before rolling plus additional post-roll aging — to enhance depth and nuance. • Complex, layered flavor profiles with varying mixes of spice, cocoa, coffee, leather, wood, and sweet nuances.
