It all begins in 1843, when German banker Herman Upmann takes a leap of faith and moves to Havana, Cuba, to open a branch for his family bank. There, he discovers his passion for cigars. A passion that leads him to found his own cigar brand in 1844, joined by his brother August. That was the beginning of H. Upmann. Now, 175 years later, H.Upmann is celebrating its anniversary with a unique Limited Edition. A cigar crafted with a selection of the finest tobacco leaves ever grown in Nicaragua, finished with a medio tiempo wrapper that has gone through a slow three year fermentation process, specially developed by AJ Fernandez, ensuring a unique flavor and aroma never seen before in any other tobaccos.
